What we do:
The Global Network Management team is part of Custody, within the Asset Servicing and Digital business led by Roman Regelman, a former BCG partner who drove a number of large scale digital transformations for global financial services clients. GNM manages the enterprise-wide network of agent banks across more than 100 markets, selecting and appointing new partners, monitoring regulatory compliance of the existing network, delivering market insights to clients, advocating with market players for international best practices and market changes and setting the service standards per market.
The program manager will also support the Network POD and market change initiatives.
The successful candidate will:
- Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
- Working across the teams to identify & resolve resource, planning or prioritization gaps that will hinder execution.
- Monitoring and tracking to ensure success in execution, including milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and financials. Escalating when appropriate.
- Experience with agile methodology, complex technology, and operational infrastructures
- Proven analytical ability, particularly for project reporting, and presenting data in an easily digestible format for management consumption
- Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification
- Managing the organizations change management process
- Supporting Program & Project financial management activities – including forecasting/budgeting, resource allocations, and reconciliations.
- Providing project budget outline to Executives in partnership with Finance & Business Management
Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written and listening)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive strategies and build relationships
- Experience managing and executing complex programs
- Ability to understand, organize and present complex information in an easily understandable format tailored to a variety of audiences
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable strategies and tell the story and communicate to stakeholders at all levels
- Highly motivated and capable of both working independently and with a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Results-oriented individual combined with sense of urgency and ownership.
- Proactive approach and able to work autonomously.
- Has experience working with globally distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of working experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
