For ourDigital Power division, we are looking for an Offer Marketing Manager who works for the regions of Belgium and The Netherlands. This position will be based in Uccle, Belgium.
Your meaningful purpose
The new joiner will be responsible for the product management of the relays and RTU’s. He/she will define customer needs and manage complex offers directly with the end customer. He/she will develop a strategic vision for his/her product range. The new joiner will support and train the concerned internal departments (sales, competency center, field services) to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction. He/she will understand and monitor the market by developing competitive analyses.
You will report to the Strategy and Marketing manager.
Your Daily Task And Responsibilities
Offer marketing relays and RTU’s
- Marketing launch of new products and set up of the supply chain. Influence stakeholders (specifiers, contractors, end customers) and process feedback into a strategic vision.
- Gather intelligence about competition and stay up to date on market trends by assessing information retrieved for sales team and comparing his/her product range to competitors’ products.
- Determine product pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Monitor evolutions in sales for his/her product range and finetune commercial policy based on measured analysis. Provide information on short-term and long-term product sales forecasts.
- Stay in close contact with the global Product Managers to remain updated on productivity, purchase and quality action plans.
- Become an expert on local requirements and build a sustainable relationship with Synergrid and the grid operators in order to influence them in writing their specifications.
- Create an internal network to stay informed about product changes and manage the potential impact on the local business.
- Responsible for the successful homologation of his/her product range, necessary for customers with equipment that is connected to the public distribution grid in Belgium.
- Promote his/her product range using all marketing tools, launch new offers, keep the website and manuals up to date.
- Perform product demos to customers in the showroom and/or organize factory visits.
- Train internal departments on new features and developments. Support sales on customer visits and cooperate in the organization of customer events.

Who You Are
Qualifications
- You graduated from a Bachelor/Master’s degree in electromechanics, electronics, automation or similar by experience,
- You preferably possess 5 years of experience in a similar field, but we are also open to discuss with fresh graduates eager to start a technico-commercial role,
- You are able to manage technical topics related to our product portfolio and work with technical specialists
- Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Sales Engineer, Product Manager or Asset Manager is a real asset
- You have a proven experience in the electricity domain e.g. within contractors/specifiers
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- You have good interpersonal skills to develop sustainable relationships with internal and external partners
- You are a problem solver who can support project managers in ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You are bilingual French and Dutch with a good knowledge of English
- You have a very good knowledge of MS Office and are a computer literate
