Operations Admin Officer

We are looking for an administrative expert to join one of our client’s team as an Operations Officer

Job description

  • Ensure day-to-day operational support and control
  • Provide ad hoc project support
  • Issue management and reporting
  • Point of contact towards internal and external clients
  • Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction

Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proven expertise in MS Office
  • Familiarity with various IT tools
  • Strong interest in finance and banking products (a plus)
  • Languages: French and Dutch (excellent written and spoken communication skills) + English (very good proficiency)
  • Excellent communication skills, diplomatic and customer-oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Stress-resistant and flexible
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and quality-oriented
