Robert Half is looking for an Operations Expert (m/v/x) for a client located in Zaventem.
It’s a fulltime opportunity wit the possibility to receive a fixed contract after a positive interim period.

The company is focused on tax-free fuel and VAT refunds.

As Operations Assistant you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Answers requests or questions from clients or potential clients (clients can contact the company between 9am and 1pm by telephone);
  • Following up of the clients files;
  • Controlling of clients files (due dates, online applications,…);
  • Following up of delay payments and send reminders.


As Operations Assistant you have/will:
  • Good communications skills;
  • Deliver high level customer service;
  • Very good knowledge of English and French with a good level of Dutch or any other European language.


  • An interim contract with a possibility to receive a fixed contract after a positive evaluation;
