Our cities are changing. The shift towards sustainable mobility coupled with an ever increasing density is shaping the new urban landscape. Key challenges are arising such as:
  • How can we free-up space in our streets and give it back to pedestrians and cyclists without ignoring the impact on drivers?
  • How can we enable the electrification of vehicles with the suitable charging infrastructure?
  • Where should all the bicycles, cargo bikes, and scooters go at the end of the ride?

BePark aims to provide a better mobility experience to this generation and the next. In short, we hunt for unused private parkings and open them to the crowd for various uses: car park (keeping cars off-street), bicycles, EV charging, Last-mile delivery...

Our goal is ultimately to generate a network of mobility hubs throughout cities in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Today we are a team of 25 delivering mobility services across 500 parking lots for our community of 16k active users. Let’s grow this network together !

As an Operations manager, you will
  • Assure the operational & organizational support to the Field Operations Team and external intervention teams (70% of time),
  • Implement and maintain processes for the other Operations’ Team, such as customer service, property & asset management (30% of time)

Your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Coordinate all field operations ressources towards a successful and quick installation of new parkings
  • Understand, monitor and react on operational problems encountered by the field operations team and/or clients together with the asset & property managers of BePark
  • Implement, maintain, adapt or document the existing processes & policies of the operational teams
  • Maintain or find new tools to support the policies & processes

Requirements
  • Fluent in French and in Dutch or English.
  • An experience in consulting or operations in a start or scale-up environment is a plus
  • Bachelor degree in economics, management or other relevant degree
  • Analytical mindset and awareness of what improves business performance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
  • Creative, decisive, high energy and ability to energize and encourage others
  • Team player, capable to work autonomously
