A part of growing the business means bringing more processes and increasing standards and structure into the team. To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily activities. As an ideal candidate, you’ll have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple departments toward maximum productivity. Furthermore, an understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing etc is a definite plus.

Your ultimate responsibility is to increase our operational efficiency over all departments.


Requirements:


  • 5-10 years experience
  • Proven experience as Operations Manager or relating role
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Experience in change “Going from start up to scale up”
  • Experienced in data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Working knowledge of business infrastructure
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and speaking skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Willing to relocate to Antwerp, Belgium
Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, analyse and follow up on business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Show the ropes to a young CEO and support him in growing the company
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Creative, Sponsorship, Product, Finance etc.)
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
