A day in the life of…

We’re looking to recruit an Operations Support Executive. This flexible, remote role has base of operations in Amstelveen, but the potential candidates can be based anywhere in Central Europe.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Support Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our senior Operations Team.
The role involves coordinating with General Managers and other department heads to manage day-to-day operations, providing administrative support, monitoring KPIs, and supporting operational initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies.
You be relied up to provide basic business analysis & reporting which will consist of collecting and analysing essential performance data, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
You’ll be a key point of Communication & Coordination acting as a point of contact, organising meetings, and ensuring clear communication for our leadership teams.
This role will see you implement project managerment skills on a daily basis, overseeing special projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and tracking progress.
What do we need from you?
We’re looking for a multi linguist who is able to speak French and English fluently.
We’re looking for you to have proven experience within operational support or in a similar administration role
You’ll have excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Your ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines should come as second nature with an emphasis on professionalism and discretion at all times
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software are must haves, as this role will see you compile large ammounts of data and collate essential documentation and correspondance.
Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills with an ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
