Your Profile

Your Profile
  • You have affinity with mobility solutions and logistics operations.
  • You are fluent in English (TME business language), Dutch is a plus.
  • Education Level, Previous Working Experience and Certificates
You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Chemistry, etc. or equivalent through experience.

An extensive experience in leading larger Facility Maintenance organisations is a must, preferably in a logistics environment and a multi-site context.

You have been developing, coaching and mentoring smaller to larger teams and have an inclusive management style with a human touch.

You have been overseeing large projects (building renovations, replacement of installations).

You are familiar with energy management and KPI setting.
  • You are customer oriented and handle escalations effectively, swiftly and diplomatically.
  • You draft convincing story lines and materialise these in concise and visually appealing presentations that you present with passion.
  • You make the most effective use of hard and soft business tools (Microsoft 365, Teams and Sharepoint, Microsoft Project and Autocad).

Your Team

Your team and your responsibilities

As part of People & Site Services (P&I), the Supply Chain Workplace Experience (SCWE) team is responsible for the hard & soft services and facility projects to Supply Chain’s real estate and assets in Europe.

This includes Toyota Parts Centre Europe (TPCE) in Diest, the 13 other Regional Depots (RDO’s) – 3 of which are owned buildings - and 6 Vehicle Logistic Hubs (VLG) in Europe.

Supply Chain Workplace Experience works closely together with the other entities of People & Site Services, in particular with the Strategic Workplace Planning team and the Workplace Experience team that has a similar role for Toyota’s European Head Office and Technical Centre.

Your Responsibilities

Provide all Toyota employees with the framework to work as One Team via seamless & frictionless collaboration & connectedness, both physical & virtual.

Successfully lead the transformation from a Facility Maintenance team to a Workplace Experience team.

Your Concrete Responsibilities Are
  • Driving Customer Smiles by maximising the service delivery with available resources.
  • Ensuring 100% safe processes and legal compliance (ISO 14001, fire & electrical safety, etc.).
  • Drafting the short and mid term business objectives for your area of responsibility.
  • Setting annual (OBP) and mid-term (MTBP) budgets, identify opportunities for synergies and cost optimisation, and closely follow-up.
  • Acting as the main communication window towards internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting and coaching the team in delivering objectives, projects, maintenance and services with the available resources.
  • Implementing the Carbon Neutral and Carbon Zero strategy.
  • Delivering the Workplace of the Future projects.
