Your story with us

As a payroll professional you are called-in for several in-house projects with the client in the area of payroll, salary, benefits and HR administration. Assignments vary from responding to temporary needs in the HR department to a stable integration as an experienced payroll professional in a specific operational unit.

Through your service attitude and proactive way of thinking, you help to actively build Deloitte as an expert service provider. Depending on your experiences, you will be able to lead in short or long term a team of junior consultants.

Let’s talk about you

• You have a master or bachelor degree, ideally with a specialization or additional degree in Human Resources;
• You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a payroll professional, resulting in excellent knowledge of social legislation;
• You have outstanding administrative skills including knowledge of (several) payroll software packages;
• You are meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines;
• You keep a high level of confidentiality;
• You are fluent in English, Dutch and French.
