PC Refresh Project Engineer – Belgium Rue du Laid Burniat 1, 1348 Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium Engagement Type: Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Contract Duration: • Initial Trial Period: 2 months • Full Contract: 1 year or longer, subject to successful completion of the trial period Budget: 3000

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced PC Refresh Project Engineer to join our team in Belgium. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of our PC refresh project, maintaining high productivity and reliability throughout the engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Execute PC refresh activities including installation, configuration, and migration of systems. • Ensure minimal downtime and disruption to end users during hardware replacement. • Maintain accurate inventory records and update asset management systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the refresh process. • Coordinate with stakeholders for scheduling and reporting progress. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in IT hardware deployment, PC refresh projects, or similar roles. • Languages: Must be fluent in French and English; Dutch is an added advantage. • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent attendance and reliability – no missed working days tolerated. Additional Notes: • This role has a high emphasis on reliability. Previous resources have failed due to attendance issues, so commitment and consistency are critical. • The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to complete assigned tasks without delays.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: Up to €3.000,00 per month
