As Plant General Manager, some of your responsibilities will include: * Managing the Plant Operations and Commercial Activities in line with the strategy * Working closely with the R&D and S&M teams in order to keep up with the demand on the market from clients * Working on the implementation of change management within the company in line with the company objective * Working & visiting the high level stakeholders’ contacts * Managing the operations managers and making sure the change management is well cascaded down

The ideal candidate for the position of Plant General Manager holds master’s in Chemistry or Industrial Engineering, +10 years of experience as Plant General Manager in the packaging and moulding is important.

Fluency in English, Dutch and French is important.
