Portfolio Catalogue & Support MW

Description of the role.
Support role within the Confectionery portfolio team to drive portfolio administration, financial performance tracking and data management on a cluster level across the three markets Austria, Belgium and Switzerland. Enabler to ensure excellence in execution with special emphasis on driving scale and simplification of the total Confectionery product portfolio including brands such as M&M’s, Orbit, Snickers or Celebrations.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Regular updating and analysis of the portfolio catalogue based on key metrics: i.e. number of catalogue items, turnover/item, harmonisation of items or language groups across across markets
• Preparation of portfolio performance reviews (i.e. scorecards) with data collection and insight generation
• Article data creation and follow-through in alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
• Vendor management (Purchase order creation and tracking
