About our client

Our client is a automotive group in the Antwerp region. They are looking for a procurement controller to temporarily support them with one of their car brands.

Description

You are part of the procurement team and you report to the procurement team leader. Your main tasks are:

  • You are responsible for ordering vehicles from manufacturers and monitoring the stock levels for one or more car brands
  • You ensure an efficient ordering process in all its facets
  • Business partnering with the different stakeholders in the company (sales, finance, car manufacturers, ..)
  • You ensure a timely placement of orders and a proactive follow-up afterwards until delivery
  • You are responsible for the data management of the car brands, i.e. the preparation and processing of correct data in the various systems. You will work closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, ..
  • Organization of monthly order meeting in which you present the correct figures (stock levels, sales forecast, ..) and give advice to middle and upper management

Profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in finance and you are very analytical
  • You take initiative, are hands-on and you can work independently
  • You are IT minded and you quickly find your way in different systems
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • You can communicate strongly with different stakeholders
  • Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is a plus
