To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Procurement Officer.

Ordering:

sending release to suppliers on a weekly basis
keeping in touch with the suppliers on a daily basis to track orders, shipments in transit, critical parts


Material Master:

taking care of integrity of material master / MRP parameters of the components


Material shortage management:

contacting production planners in connection with critical parts, checking best possible options in order to avoid premium freights


Premium freights:

issuing premium request form in case premium freight cannot be avoided on our cost


Complaint process:

sending complaint to supplier in case overshipment was done
sending complaint to supplier in case parts were received with incorrect labelling
contacting suppliers in case of shipments received with quantity discrepancy, follow up of each case in the discrepancy file


Replacement/RMA process:

keep in touch with QS, planners in case of quality issues: to organize replacement if needed

RMA:contacting supplier to clarify the shipping back procedure, informing related departments about the RMA including finance, follow up with supplier regarding CN


Blocked invoices:

handle Seeburger report: in time processing of blocked invoices due to qty discrepancy, missing GR, etc.
