You will be part of a fast-growing international scale-up where you will have a lot of input.

The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and define a product strategy for your domain.
  • Manage your product road map, own the backlog, prioritize, know the "why’s"
  • Performing customer interviews to understand your users as best as possible.
  • Interact with external and internal stakeholders to understand challenges, determine priorities and proactively manage expectation
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, but even more important; create the trends!
  • Drive release strategies and ensure that related activities, such as internal training, creating documentation, and troubleshooting, can take place
  • Create and refine user stories together with your squad
  • Work with, coach, and mentor, other product owners

Qualifications

  • Experience as a product owner, product manager or similar
  • An analytical mind and tech savviness
  • Good understanding of the SDLC
  • Knowledge of Agile working, preferably with hands-on experience with Scrum
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English, building relationships is key
