We are currently looking for a

Product Portfolio Analyst (f/m/d)

based in Ieper

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain product portfolio of Animal Health division
  • Drive product lifecycle, article creation, product range optimization, maintenance in respective systems (formula, packaging, labels), and article termination
  • Use internal systems for creation and maintenance of articles (SAP and BI tools, MS office, database management)
  • Create product information
  • Support administrative processes
  • Participate in product development projects
  • Interact with Supply Chain, Research & Development, Planning, Regulatory Affairs, Sales Support, Marketing and external agencies
  • Develop sales support materials (visual displays, flyers, brochures, presentations)
  • Maintain marketing materials for the Animal Health portfolio in all relevant databases
Your profile
  • Fluent in English (written and oral). Polish, Dutch or any additional language is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product management or engineering school in Animal science, Veterinary, Nutrition or Bioengineering
  • Min. 1 year of professional experience in Product Master Data or Product Lifecycle Management
  • Systems experienced (SAP, Power BI)
  • Analytical thinking, project management and communication skills
  • High degree of service orientation, flexibility, autonomy and solution-oriented personality
  • Experience collaborating with regulatory and technical teams to successfully launch new products
  • Willingness to travel and stay in other areas as it is required
