Functieomschrijving:
PURPOSE
Responsible for control of production, ensure the compliance of procedures, quality, safety, and the manufacturing flow, Control materials, organization of the manning and workflow, optimize daily activities while reducing costs, increase in process productivity, as well as the efficient use of labor, machinery (focus at the automation of the line), technology, raw material resources through the application of methodology tools for manufacturing process control and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITY
a) Control of production and quality monitoring KPI’s
b)
Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals and communicate them to the team.
c)
Organize the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
d)
Insurance safe use of equipment and schedule, report, request, and alert regular maintenance task
e)
Check production specifications
f)
Performs training in new operational processes for personnel by skill matrix.
g)
Control of the use and application of documents or production procedures (SOPs) ensuring best practices using in all the activities
h)
Identify efficiency problems and suggest improvements in efficiency and profit.
i)
Control of consumption of materials and update the files
j)
Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development.
k)
Attend the SAP system in the department (Request materials, consumables, Kanban, etc).
l)
Leader of TPM (5S, Autonomous maintenance, etc)
m)
Monitor and follow the automation of the equipment of the assembly line (hardware and software).

Set daily meetings with the team to give feedback
o)
Evaluation of performance and progress of the team
p)
Report, analyze and act for safety incidents or accidents.
q)
Strictly enforce company standards and safety guidelines

Profiel:
Education
University or Technical studies (Mechatronic engineering, mechanical or industrial or similar)
Experience / Knowledge
·
+2.5 years of experience as a production supervisor in the automation line.

Good knowledge of the sector and product
·
Organizational and leadership skills
·
Interpersonal and communication skills
·
Results-oriented approach
·
Skills for problem-solving
·
Ability to design processes and layout
·
Basic knowledge of IATF, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D
·
User knowledge of CAD, Power BI, Sharepoint, SAP
·
Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), Lean Manufacturing (SMED, 5S)
·
MS Office intermediate
·
Fluent in English
·
Soft skills: strategic thinking, powerful habits, problem-solving, ability to make decisions under pressure, management, and motivation of teams.
