Mission

• Enhance and expand IBA’s current training program on proton therapy targeting new prospects (general education on PT), new customers as well as existing IBA centers (continuing education)
• Identify Centers of Excellence in IBA network and develop catalog of advanced trainings in proton therapy
• Select key topics of interest as well as clinical experts to speak at IBA digital and in-person events
• Leverage IBA’s Campus platform to promote training and education program
• Support registration and organization of the training programs in collaboration with our partners
• You help develop IBA’s Unique Value Proposition and key differentiating messages in the competitive landscape.
• You co-develop and collect clinically inspired, data driven proofs to substantiate our claims and rebut competitive ones
• You help deliver impactful sales support tools to illustrate our claims and the associated proofs

• A clinical background in imaging or radiation therapy (Medical Physicist, Technologist, etc)
• A strong desire to promote advanced cancer treatments and make them available for the right patients when appropriate
• A passion and some experience in training and education
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in a clinical institution or the medical devices industry
• A strong affinity for advanced technology and how it can deliver clinical benefits
• Experience in an international environment
• Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills in English

• Keen on liaising with proton therapy experts globally
• Results-oriented, and driven by ensuring excellent customer experience
• A real team player able to interact with multiple stakeholders
