applications such as medical devices sterilization, food pasteurization, wire and cable crosslinking,

Innovation at the core of IBA Industrial

Our engineers are focusing their passion and energy to shape the future and lead innovation in a great variety of applications and fields such as medical devices sterilization, which is key to the future of medicine, and also Flash irradiation, radiofrequencies, electronics, nuclear science.
IBA Industrial is proud to play a key role in major public and private developments such as MYRRHA project, aiming to design a new sub-critical nuclear reactor, and in building the new generation of accelerators to make radio-isotopes for cancer treatment.

Mission
The Program Manager within the Industrial R&D team will define, implement, manage (including cost, quality, deadline in line with the BU strategy ) and monitor programs based on strategy .
He will develop a strong relationship with all internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the delivery of R&D program objectives.

Challenges we will trust you with

• Organize, structure and phase the product roadmap (BEYOND) in different Programs with support of Product Managers and R&D Manager.
• Lead the development of programs through all services (Product development, R&D, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing and Sales).
• Guarantee all projects are delivered within deadlines, scope, budget and required quality.
• Be the first point of contact for stakeholders and ensure a good communication within all departments.
• Develop, mentor and coach major stakeholders on reliability/efficiency/productivity concepts and applications.
• Implement processes and coordinate continuous improvement in collaboration with other process owners.
• Analyze cost of projects (R&D and operations) to support BU strategy and define priorities among projects.
