As a Program Manager you have the opportunity to participate in the design and development of innovative and creative robotics projects in a highly emerging field.

You will take the lead in different client projects or programs. You will be involved in internal process implementations. And you will assure a good communication between our R&D team and the customer

Your mission:

• Process implementation
• You gain a deep understanding of our Project Management Process and become an active member in setting up a PM culture in our company.
• You establish processes, tools and techniques to standardize our Program Management.
• You prepare the implementation of a Portfolio Management approach.
• You set up a KPI and monitoring system related to our processes.
• Customer Program Management
• You establish and maintain project plans in order to meet the project objectives. You lead the project teams.
• You ensure the coordination and communication between our project teams and our customers.
• You ensure a clear and regular reporting to our management and you escalade topics to ensure a smooth and timely resolution.
• Employment is based in Mouscron or Ostend in combination with home office. You are willing to travel to ECA Robotics Toulon.

Your profile

• You have a Master in Engineering with affinity for management or you have a Master in Management with affinity for industrial matter.
• You have a first experience in Program Management or 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• A certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, Prince 2…) is a plus
• You structure information in an analytical way and you can keep a helicopter view
• Experience with MS project is an asset.
• You have excellent communication skills and you know how create win-win situations in negotiations
• You are a good influencer and know how to lead without formal reporting lines
• Experience in working with remote teams
• You have a good knowledge of English and French. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
