Kids&Us is hiring a new center coordinator: (Gembloux-Wavre)

• Anticipation and planning (budgets, organisation, purchases, etc.).
• Organisational and structural preparation of staff under charge to ensure the smooth running of the company.
• Encouragement and stimulation (command — in the classical sense) of all members of the organisation to bring out the best of their abilities.
• Coordination of all sorts of activities (team activities, Kids&Us activities, training sessions, etc.) using an appropriate communication system.
• Activity evaluation and correction methods for any deviation.
• Professional development for people under charge (by way of instructions, training, coaching, etc.) in order to obtain a competent, motivated, and committed team.
• Promotion of the company in the market (marketing), as well as ensuring the development of the Kids&Us brand, selling its learning method, and meeting the needs of our customers building their loyalty.
• Compliance with the contract signed with Kids&Us and with all regulations and implementing laws (General Data Protection Regulation, Workplace safety, etc.).

Leadership of our Kids&Us brand and method ambassadors (teachers), acting as the person of reference for families, determining which commercial actions are required to sell the Kids&Us learning method, and build customer loyalty with the families that we work with.
