For one of our largest pharmaceutical clients located in Puurs, we are urgently looking for a Civil Engineer.
As a Civil Engineer, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Managing investment projects for the design, construction and delivery of supporting technical installations and buildings
  • Leads the team through the different phases (scope, layout, preliminary/detailed design, execution, verification, hand over)
  • Guarantees good PM practices and tools (schedule, budget control, issues, decisions, reporting, stakeholder management, …)
  • Defines project roles in relation to timeline, workload and required knowledge/skills
  • Ensures clear communication within the project team including clear roles and responsibilities
  • Feedback to resource manager/lead engineers

Have you got what it takes?
As a Civil Engineer, you meet the following requirements:
  • Master degree in a technical discipline (industrial engineer, civil engineer, bio engineer,...)
  • Relevant experience with project management (timing/planning, budget(approval) and reporting)
  • Relevant experience in Building, HVAC, Utilities,...
  • Very communicative and flexible
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
