Job Description
This IT position needs to partner with IT G2M EU & IM as well as IT AI teams to orchestrate the development of Advanced Analytics projects in the context of Commercial (G2M).
The role will include:
- Project management for the development of AA projects on UCB’s roadmap for 2023. - Be the conduit between product/line-of-business owners and development teams as a project manager. - Expertise in the Advanced Analytics practice and its development implications to support stakeholders in mapping their requirements into the project goals. 3. TÂCHES PRINCIPALES Décrire les responsabilités majeures de la fonction incluant les tâches principales, responsabilités et projets - Project Management (planning, budget, meeting, coordination)
- Facilitate and manage the day-by-day task for the Advanced Analytics Project Technical Team using Project Management best practices.
- Conduct status/report presentations to the diverse Analytic Stakeholders
- Oversee and contribute to the business documentation of the project in its diverse forms: meeting notes, log entries, ppt presentations, or others.
- Business requirements gathering (process definition, requirement documentation)
- Documentation/Communications (functional specification, test cases, policies, slide deck generation) - Backlog Ownership and task follow-ups.

5. SKILLS Include the specific skills, behaviors and knowledge needed to achieve the job’s objectives.
1) Organized & well structured.
2) Good communicator.
3) Can do both Project manager & Business analyst.
4) Stakeholder management (focus on priorities, scoping where needed)
5) IT context (be able to manage architecture, integrations, Dev-Acc-Prod, UAT & IT standard processes 6) SharePoint, Teams, Azure DevOps.
7) Experience in Data & Analytics projects.
8) Pharma experience is a plus.
