Function description:

• At our tribe CCE-Individuals, we are responsible for the delivery of all the digital channels for employees and individual customers. All together, we make banking easy for you by creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences

• As Project Manager Chatbot, you will lead the optimization project of our chatbot within our digital channels environment. You will be responsible for managing the project from initiation to delivery, ensuring that the chatbot is integrated seamlessly into our existing digital channels and provides a world-class customer experience.
  

Accountabilities:

Your responsibilities as Project Manager will be to

• Manage the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including customer experience, marketing, and operations teams

• Collaborate with the solution design team to develop a solution that meets business requirements and is aligned with the company’s digital strategy

• Manage the development and testing of the chatbot, including integration with existing digital channels and systems

• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules

• Coordinate with stakeholders, including IT, customer experience, and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation plans as needed

• Develop and manage project budgets

• Ensure that the chatbot is deployed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

• Develop and implement a testing and quality assurance plan to ensure that the chatbot meets business requirements and is free from defects

• Collaborate with the operations team to develop a plan for ongoing maintenance and support of the chatbot

Required Experience:

· 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital channels environment

Technical experience:

Mandatory:

· Strong understanding of chatbot technology and its applications

Business Experience

Mandatory:

· Proven experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders (including exco level), vendors, and technical teams

Soft Skills

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills

· Experience with Agile project management methodologies

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
