Job Description

Our customer, evolving in transport industry, is looking for a project manager to supervise several projects involving around fifty people (development team, IT security and system administration). All teams work closely together to maximize customer value and satisfaction.

As a project manager, you will effectively manage our projects from A to Z:

You will manage all phases of the project; requirement, analysis, development, testing, pilot, training, implementation and controlling phase.

You are responsible for the proper management of scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources.

You will gather a good understanding of the needs of the customer to translate them appropriately for the internal stakeholders.

You will ensure that the procedures are followed by working within the established project management framework,

A proper documentation is key within the same.

You will closely monitor progress and customer satisfaction.

You will support and challenge internal teams to deliver "best value for money.

Profile / Requirements

Very meticulous and precise

Can work in a team but also independently and autonomously.

Communicate in team to request the required information to perform the tasks.

Accurate in reviewing the input information and execution of the tasks.

Able to motivate a team without having an explicit, formal authority

You have a BS or MA degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent by experience.

You have at least 5 years of experience in project and/or change management.

Experience with lean management is an asset.

You have a positive and proactive personality with a critical and analytical mindset.

You are a highly adaptable, well-organized, and stress-resilient person.

You have excellent communication skills and can translate stakeholder’s needs into the appropriate solutions.

You like to negotiate, listen, understand, convince, and spar stakeholders.

Knowledge of ITIL is an asset

To communicate properly with all stakeholders, you speak fluently Dutch and/or French with a good level of English.
