Your job

In your role as a project manager, you oversee the cloud project’s main streams and activities on a daily basis and ensure effective use of the allocated resources. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Plan and govern all cloud project lifecycle and supporting activities

  • Achieve high-value outcomes for our clients and their businesses by consistently delivering the client value propositions from Accenture and by developing/implementing strong processes, systems, measurements and controls in line with market best practices

  • Abide by the contract conditions and related KPIs and SLA

  • Design, mobilise, support and accelerate high-performing teams to successfully deliver transformations at scale

  • Present on a regular basis project status, activity reports and plans to improve the service delivery to the client and steering committee

  • Measure and communicate progress to leadership in an efficient way;

  • Lead virtual, multi-cultural, distributed teams and create an engaging environment for teams to be at their best every day and grow

  • Perform risk management/mitigation activities to prevent any risks

  • Coach your team to stay compliant with all security measures (data protection, GDPR and sensitive data,...)

    • Implement and follow Accenture’s sustainability-by-design approach of embedding environmental, social and governance (ESG) capabilities across each cloud project lifecycle

  • Conduct high-level security system analysis including proactive policy evaluation and tuning

  • Publish, present and communicate metrics to key stakeholders

  • Understand and promote the benefits of DevOps approaches and tooling

    Your background

  • A minimum experience of nine years in the ICT field

  • At least five years of hands-on experience in project management, change management and strategic account management

  • Excellent knowledge of different delivery methodologies (ITIL, PMP, PM², Agile, Waterfall, ...) via certifications

  • Experience in resource management, stakeholder management, financial management, risk/issue management, quality assurance, project estimation, planning and delivery management

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel

  • Understanding/exposure to Scaled Agile practices such as SAFe and LeSS

  • Experience in delivering solutions using Agile methodologies like Kanban, Lean, Continuous Delivery, XP, ....

  • Practical experience in Microsoft Azure and AWS Cloud Services

  • Practical experience engaging with DevOps teams, tooling and practices

  • Excellent leadership and client service skills

  • Minimum 4 years of completed university studies e.g. Bachelor, Master

  • Scrum experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role is a plus

  • Fluent in English

    • Required Certifications

  • PM², PMP or Prince2 certified

  • Agile PM² is a nice to have

  • ITIL certified (ITIL V3 and later)

  • Any Cloud foundation certification is nice to have
