The IVS Project Manager will lead our Accelerated Product Development (APD) process. She/he will be responsible for planning, organizing and leading teams to achieve high levels of performance and quality on product development projects, in order to meet our customer’s expectations and timelines.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing many programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, growth business.

His/her main tasks will be

• Plan, schedule and coordinate product development projects to ensure smooth transition of programs from concept to production using effective project managementprocesses.
• Ensure all key activities and milestonesare met for product development programs; allowing reliable, validated designs to be developed.
• Serve as a cross-functional project leaderwith sales, engineering, quality, purchasing, operations and marketing by holding teams accountable for their commitments, resolving issues and leveraging organizational resources.
• Organize and lead internal activitiesincluding working meetings, program performance reporting, major milestones and action item tracking, program risk assessment, etc.
• Develop relationships with other business units and corporate APD resources to benchmark processes and implement continuous improvementswithin the business.
• Promptly bring to attention any significant deviations to plan that are beyond his/her control and recommend corrective action.
• Enlist assistance of corporate resourcesto keep projects on task.
• Manage other projectsupon request.

Are you our future colleague?

You hold a Master’s degree in Business or Technicalfield or equivalent through experience

You have 5+ years of work experience in project managementor leading cross-functional teams

You have experience in working with Automotivecustomers and processes and preferably have knowledge of project management techniques and tools.

You have business understanding of

- Automotivecustomers and processes

• Integrated Venting Solutions and supporting partners (internal & external)

Last but not least, you are able and willing to travel5%-10% of your time
