CHEP is marktleider in het aanbieden van duurzame supply chain oplossingen. Onze blauwe pallets vormen de onzichtbare ruggengraat van de wereldwijde supply chain. Maar wees gerust, als je ze eenmaal hebt gespot, zie je ze overal.

Bij CHEP zien we het als onze missie om samen met onze klanten logistieke ketens efficiënter en duurzamer te maken. Daarom verkopen wij geen pallets, maar laten bedrijven ze delen en hergebruiken, ook wel palletpoolinggenoemd.

Daardoor verbruiken we samen met onze klanten minder natuurlijke grondstoffen, produceren we minder CO2-uitstoot en afval én besparen we kosten. Blauw is het nieuwe groen.

Waar werk je aan mee?

Als Project Manager, Transformation & Innovation werk je mee aan het bouwen van het CHEP van de toekomst. Je zorgt voor een succesvolle opstart, voortgang en implementatie van projecten en dit steeds in lijn met de strategische objectieven en commerciële doelstellingen van CHEP Benelux.

Een Aantal Van Je Verantwoordelijkheden Zijn

• Leiden van strategische projecten van business case tot implementatie in nauwe samenwerking met diverse interne & externe stakeholders lokaal en binnen Europa.
• Ontwikkeling en eventuele commercialisering van innovatieve oplossingen die toegevoegde waarde bieden voor onze klanten.
• Opstellen van professionele projectplannen en ondersteunende documentatie met maandelijkse rapportage over de voortgang naar management en andere key stakeholders.
• Verzamelen, testen en valideren van nieuwe ideeën als onderdeel van de innovatie funnel.
• Als ambassadeur van de innovatie agenda; verspreiden van marktkennis binnen de organisatie gerelateerd aan productontwikkelingen, digitalisering en nieuwe technologieën.
  

Jouw profiel

• Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring met project management
• Je bent altijd op de hoogte van de laatste markttrends & innovaties, zo weet je bijvoorbeeld wat “Industry 4.0” betekent.
• Je bent georganiseerd, hands-on en een bewezen zelfstarter!
• Je hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en weet hoe je op een effectieve manier je weg kan vinden binnen een matrix-organisatie.
• Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt graag ‘out of the box’ en gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg.
• Je hebt zeer sterk ontwikkelde interpersoonlijke & communicatieve vaardigheden. Je weet met jouw presentatie-skills mensen te enthousiasmeren en overtuigen.

What will you be working on?

As a Project Manager Transformation & Innovation you will contribute to building the CHEP of the future. You ensure a successful launch, progress and implementation of projects, aligned with the strategic and commercial objectives of CHEP Benelux.

Your Key Responsibilities Are

• Leading strategic projects from business case to implementation, in close collaboration with internal & external stakeholders on a local and on a European level.
• Development and potential commercialization of innovative solutions that add sustainable value to our customer relationships.
• Preparing professional project plans and supporting documentation, as well as monthly progress reporting to management and other key stakeholders.
• Collect, test and evaluate business value of new ideas as part of the Benelux innovation funnel.
• As the ambassador of our innovation agenda; actively sharing your knowledge related to product development, digitization and new technologies across the organization.
  

Your profile

• You have at least 3yrs experience with project management
• You are always up to speed with the latest market trends and innovations. For one, you know what “Industry 4.0” means.
• You are well organized and have a hands-on mentality.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills, and are able to effectively act in a matrix organization.
• You are self-motivated, always open for a challenge and you love to think ‘out of the box’.
• You have highly developed interpersonal & communication skills. In addition, your strong presentation skills enable you to motivate and convince others.
