Job Description

The Project/Program Manager operates on key client projects. Your duties include coordinating, executing and completing assigned projects in the context of a predefined method/framework within the time, scope and budget negotiated with the client; making sure that the profitability of projects is maximized while the customer satisfaction is at its highest level.

Your responsibilities

● You will assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

● You coordinate internal resources and third parties to perfectly manage the projects.

● You will ensure that the project is delivered on-time and within scope, quality, and budget.

● You will ensure resource availability and allocation.

● You will develop and operate a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

● You will manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.

● You will measure project performance, specially to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals.

● You will report and escalate to manangement while needed.

● You will manage the relationship with all stakeholders.

● You will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

● You will use and continually develop leadership skills.

● You will perform other related duties as required by the client/project.


Qualifications

Your profile

● You have proven working experience of at least 5 years in project management

● You have a project management certification: project management professional (PMP) / PRINCE II/ PMBOK etc.

● You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● You have excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

● You have solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

● You have a strong working knowledge of MS Office.

● You have a Master Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

● You are fluent in Dutch/French and have a good knowledge of English.
