What will the role involve?

As part of the Analytics team, you are responsible for the end-to-end follow-up and analysis & reporting of our existing portfolio of stabilized assets within the Continental Europe (CE) property development business. Furthermore, you’ll ensure business reality is accurately reflected into financials, and insights are comprehensively reported to management. Striving for continuous quality and efficiency improvements throughout this journey is a must.

Next To This You Will Also
  • Drive the budgeting and forecasting process for net property income and capital expenditure of the CE stabilized portfolio in close cooperation with local CE asset management teams, investment management team, marketing team and others.
  • Provide comprehensive budget/actual analysis and reporting on Net Property income and capital expenditure of the CE stabilized portfolio to investment management team/Group
  • Analyse and report the movements in property book values of the CE stabilized portfolio on a quarterly basis, in close cooperation with the valuation team
  • Master the portfolio statistics such as occupancy, WALE, rental growth, evolution net effective rent, arrears of unpaid rent etc.
  • Drive identification and implementation of improvements to analytics-related systems and processes
  • Be the link between local asset management teams and investment management teams as well as the single point of contact within CE for various portfolio-related queries
Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has a Master in finance/civil/industrial engineering, combined with at least 2 years of working experience.

  • Critical mindset complemented with constructive attitude
  • Passionate about both industrial real estate and financial analysis
  • Good understanding of (real estate) corporate finance and management reporting
  • Advanced MS office skills, with focus on Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English, any other European language is an asset
