Do you want to put the theory in practice and start in the industry? Nowadays, it is not easy to find a position in the industry without experience but I have a QA Engineer opportunity for a reputable medical device company where they will give you the chance to gain this practical experience.
As Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality team who is mainly focused on distribution and will manage and improve European processes around the quality management system. This company produces important qualitative diagnostics and medical devices meaning you can play a key role in bringing these products to the patients, such as the covid-19 test kits.

Responsibilities (not limited to):
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
Ensures that the product quality issues and non-conform products are handled properly.
Perform internal/external audits and review the audit process
Establish, implement, and sustain the Quality Management policy and principles.
Works closely with other departments to ensure compliance and maintain the highest quality standards.
Manage site CAPA process
Responsible for the follow-up on in-quarantine shipments, quality holds and recalls

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
First experience (like an internship) in Quality Assurance (QA) for the pharmaceutical or medical device industry (CAPA, audits, QMS, validation,…) is preferred
Knowledge of GDP and ISO13485 is a plus
Fluent level of Dutch and English
