This growing start-up diagnostics company is looking for a QA Manager to become a part of their family. They are currently with around 25 employees who have a lot of fun together and motivate each other professionally as well. It is the kind of environment where you will integrate and feel comfortable faster while getting energy from the colleagues around you.
You will have a team to manage and will report directly to the CEO so you can discuss strategies together and are close to the decision-maker which shows that you can have an impact. Because it is not a big team you will also still be involved on the operational side, bringing you more variety in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that Quality Management System (QMS) is in compliance with ISO 13485
Organize management reviews
Manage Change requests, CAPAs, Non-conformities, complaint handling, recalls,…
Manage the QA team, train them and delegate QA activities
Evaluate Suppliers
Perform internal audits and manage audit program
Implement QA strategies

Requirements:
Master Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
Several years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) for the medical device, diagnostics or biotech industry
People management experience is a plus but the client is open for someone with strong leadership skills
Good knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR part 820
Experience with Operations
Fluent level of Dutch and English
