Functieomschrijving Do you have experience with quality in production?

Responsibility

Overview of the shop floor about the respecting of safety and quality according to the defined safety & quality parameters, to achieve the customer requirements for product safety, conformance and reliability:
  • Prepare glass for tests
  • Prepare the checking fixtures for production and secure the correctness of measuring
  • Perform product & process audit along all the production lines
  • Take decisions of the status of the product. Define if the part is ok or not ok
  • Inspection, rework and sorting of returned glass from the customers
  • Train production inspectors whenever necessary on the customer specification
  • Perform dedicated inspections required by the customers according to demand
  • Perform any activity related to quality asked by the team leader
Profiel
  • You can operate independently
  • Good technical skills, stress resistant, somebody we can rely on
  • You have experience in the area of Quality or similar job ideally in industrial companies
  • Production is 24/7 so working in 3 shifts is part of the job
  • Fluent in English, Dutch, Spanish, French are a plus
  • Experience in glass for automotive production environment is a plus
