WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • The management of the quality management system (QMS) for Belgium;
  • Maintenance of the QMS on the SharePoint websites;
  • Harmonisation of the QMS;
  • Provide support to the company as a whole and also to various departments and disciplines for the achievement/maintenance of the following certifications in Belgium: ISO9001:2015, VCA-P, Safety Culture Ladder, BOSEC (Fire Alarm Installer), BOSEC (Fire Suppression Installer), FISQ certificate holder Detection and alarm systems, gas and powder extinguishing systems, INCERT (Surveillance Centre), BRL100 F-gases, possible new certification trajectories, like ISO 27001.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement in performance through regular evaluation of processes;
  • By performing internal audits and following up on deficiencies found and recommendations made;
  • By registering complaints, performing a root cause analysis on these and making recommendations for improvement from the complaints analysis;
  • Advising on efficiency improvements through simplification of processes;
  • Ensuring that the processes of the various departments fit together and result in an overall process of only value-adding actions.

WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?

  • You are part of a dynamic team that takes care of Quality, Safety, Health and the Environment in the Benelux;
  • You will report to the Quality manager Benelux;
  • You will be based in Groot-Bijgaarden (Brussels), but working partly from home is an option;
  • You will visit other JCI locations and client sites, when required.
Qualifications


WHAT TO BRING?

  • A completed HBO / academic study in the direction of Quality Management, Business Administration or comparable education or demonstrable equivalent work and thinking level;
  • An (electro)technical background is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of fire safety and security systems is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of TPM, WCM, Lean and Six Sigma is an advantage;
  • You are mobile within Belgium and the Benelux and have a category B driving licence;
  • You are familiar with the common MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams;
  • Dutch and English spoken and written, knowledge of French is a plus;
  • You have affinity with Quality, Safety, Health and Environment issues;
  • Good social and communication skills;
  • You are able to motivate a team without the hierarchical authority;
  • A flexible, creative and proactive attitude.
