We are seeking a talented Project Engineer who will thrive in a hands-on role within our Experimental Pilot Plant (EPP). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and brings a passion for laboratory work in a high-tech setting.

  • You conduct experimental set-ups and simulations of various production steps in the drug product manufacturing process.
  • You collaborate with Pfizer manufacturing sites and research & development organizations to ensure effective process design.
  • You contribute to the design of a robust commercial production process that ensures timely supply of sterile injectable medicines.
  • You work within a team of approximately 25 colleagues focused on diverse process design activities.
  • You maintain the proper functioning of the lab, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and 5S principles.
  • You adapt to a rapidly changing environment and effectively communicate findings and results.
  • You document all procedures and outcomes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • You hold a Master’s degree from a university, preferably with laboratory experience.
  • You have at least 1-3 years of laboratory experience in a relevant field.
  • You possess strong knowledge of statistics and a background in pharmaceuticals.
  • You are an excellent communicator, both written and oral.
  • You are able to function well in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • You have a basic knowledge of Dutch and are proficient in English.
