An innovative technological medical device company is looking for a Compliance Director to take a leading position in their global general healthcare compliance and Regulatory Affairs compliance. This is a new position where you will get the responsibility to implement and improve processes to create positive change which shows that you can have a big impact on the business.
You will work from the head quarter and report directly to the VP Healthcare so you will be close to the decision-makers and be a part of this leadership team. Therefore it will be easier and faster to get the support and resources you need to reach your goals. It will be challenging but rewarding!

Responsibilities:
Implement an audit program to assess compliance
Manage the regulatory affairs department
Develop and implement a global healthcare compliance program following industry specific regulations (Sunshine Act, HIPAA, GDPR,…)
Set up awareness and trainings on healthcare compliance
Develop regulatory intelligence program
Build and maintain relationships with relevant regulatory bodies
Collaborate closely with the Legal team and Data Protection Officer

Requirements:
Master Degree in Life Sciences, legal or engineering
Multiple years of experience in Regulatory Affairs for the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Strong leadership skills and people management experience
Ideally experience or strong knowledge of healthcare compliance (Sunshine Act, GDPR, HIPAA,…)
Knowledge of ISO 13485 and MDR is a plus
Experience with project and/or change management
Fluent level of English
