Join our Financial Analytics team and play a key role in the financial analysis and reporting for the Continental Europe (CE) property development business. Track projects from pipeline to completion, ensure accurate financial reporting and modelling, and continuously improve the way we work.

More Concretely, This Means You Will Get The Opportunity

  • Financial analysis and follow-up of ongoing development projects, including:
  • Review investment papers for potential development opportunities
    • Track project cost and progress with regional teams, particularly in relation to potential risks and financial performance versus underwriting
  • Report to CE and Group management, both on project and portfolio level:
    • Prepare comprehensive development reports on actual/expected profits, risk exposure and cash
    • Drive budgeting and forecasting process for the CE development business, including accurate financial modelling
    • Master the development portfolio statistics such as commitments, work in progress, leases signed, completions
  • Manage development-related matters within the finance department
  • Prepare upcoming transactions together with the Capital Transactions, Investment Management and Valuation teams

  • Drive improvements to finance-related systems, processes and controls
  • Act as a liaison between local teams and Group/CE management, and serve as the primary point of contact for development-related finance inquiries within CE
Do you recognize yourself?

  • Master’s degree in engineering/finance, preferably with a complementary business degree
  • 3 years of experience in an analytics/reporting role
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Enthusiasm for industrial real estate, financial analysis and data
  • Good understanding of corporate finance and management/IFRS reporting
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and excellent written and spoken English
