Job Description

• You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process of all new hires at the Eurofins PSS Belgium (mainly lab analyst profiles)
• Together with the PSS managers and team leads, you determine requirements and qualification criteria for the open roles, you perform phone screenings, references checks and in-depth competence based selection interviews
• You create and analyse recruitment data to measure and review the impact of recruitment strategy
• You create awesome candidate journeys that are consistent to the Eurofins PSS’ culture and employer brand
• You support on some administrative tasks regarding onboarding documents, invoicing, purchase orders,…

Qualifications

• You have a first professional experience in Search & Selection.
• You have a Master or Bachelor degree
• A clear interest in pharma is a requirement
• You have good communications skills in English, French and Dutch.
• Strong administrative skills, attention to details
• Eager to learn and willing to take responsibility
