ROLE
The HR Team is composed of a dynamic group of people that strongly focusses on team effort and result. As a Recruitment Officer you will be working on attracting talented and engaged people who will drive the company continued growth and success. You will take part of the full cycle recruitment process and other HR related projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Recruitment Officer will support and coordinate the recruitment of the agency in the daily execution of different tasks while working on several diverse projects.
- Managing the entire recruitment cycle for employees, interns and freelancers, including:
- Aligning with the finance team on recruitment budgets
- Posting jobs and follow-up on appropriate channels (ATS Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards,…)
- Coordination of social media recruitment campaigns
- Active candidate search and building a candidate pipelines
- Contract negotiation, briefing and follow-up with recruitment agencies
- Interviewing candidates and coordination of interviewing process for hiring managers
- Providing candidates and hiring managers with relevant feedback
- Taking assessments if relevant
- Offer process and linked negotiations
- Assisting in contract administration
- Onboarding new employees by organizing welcome sessions
- Analyzing and improving our talent acquisition strategy and process
- Conducting first impression meetings, HR catch-ups & exit interviews
- Acting as sound board for hiring managers and general management concerning recruitment and general employee matters
- Supporting international recruitment for overseas offices
- Granting general HR support
- Developing close relationships with schools and organizations by participating in job fairs and leading student agency tours
- Reporting & analyzing recruitment and people data
- Participating in projects related to recruiting, employer branding and general HR matters
COMPETENCES & REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment – expertise in recruiting advertising, social media, and communication profiles is highly appreciated
- High interest or affinity with the advertising industry
- French or Dutch speaker with a high command of English.
- Proven experience in dealing confidently with managers at all levels
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven experience using an Application Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse
- Autonomous & proactive, able to work with minimal supervision & take ownership
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders locally & internationally
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player
- Interest in digital marketing and social media
