Purpose of Role
Drive commercial growth, support agency partners, and ensure customer satisfaction to maintain BYD’s position as a top-choice car brand in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve commercial growth objectives in BELUX.
- Guide and motivate agency network to meet sales targets.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure agency compliance with BYD standards.
- Identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Manage logistics for efficient product delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact for agency partners. Report to the Managing Director of BYD.
Your Profile:
We seek a passionate, results-driven Regional Manager who can inspire, lead, and achieve excellence in customer service within the automotive industry.
- Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of independent franchise agencies and sales dynamics.
- Proficiency in developing long-term relationships and identifying opportunities.
- Ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive revenue drivers.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Experience exceeding sales targets and managing independent dealer networks.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- Proficiency in common software tools.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with good English skills.
