Our client, a manufacturer of medical equipment is actively seeking an R&D Manager to develop innovative products and manage it’s engineering team.

Responsibilities :

Oversee all R&D projects from conception to completion, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met. Regularly update project status and adjust plans as necessary to achieve objectives.
Manage R&D budget and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization to support project objectives.
Manage, mentor and motivate a team of four R&D professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Organize regular meetings to discuss project progress, challenges and solutions.
Encourage innovative thinking within the team and keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
Maintain clear and consistent communication within the team and with other departments.
Prepare detailed reports on R&D activities, progress and results for presentation to the Managing Director and provide information/recommendations for future projects.
Implement new methodologies and tools to improve R&D efficiency and effectiveness.
Act as a point of contact for suppliers and external partners.
