Purpose of the Role:

We are hiring Sales Assistants (Full time & Part Time) for our Havaianas Maasmechelen Village Outlet Store (Zetellaan 100, 3630 Maasmechelen, Belgium).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales while taking the most care of customer service and promote brand awareness.
  • Create new relationships while maintaining existing customers.
  • Maximizing sales.
  • Carry out an optimal management of the Havaianas product.
  • Maintaining the appearance of the Havaianas point of sales by following the VM guidelines and general housekeeping.

Requirements:

  • Time flexibility.
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working under own initiative.
  • Passion for sales.
  • Task, priorities and time management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Team players who know how to work in dynamic-demanding customer service environment to offer a unique experience at our point of sale.
