Apixa is a consultancy and project implementation company in the field of computer vision and artificial intelligence. Amongst our customers there are both renowned international players and high-tech niche players.

We are looking for a creative Sales Engineerwho can seamlessly bridge the gap between technical innovation and client understanding. In addition to technical and sales expertise, this role requires a creative flair for crafting visually compelling, easy-to-understand proposals and presentations.

Key Responsabilities

  • Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges, explain technical solutions, and demonstrate how our AI and computer vision expertise can deliver value
  • Sales Process Management: Together with our Business Developers, you will support the sales process, from the prospecting and lead qualification stage to the deal closure.
  • Technical Communication: Collaborate with the Apixa technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with client requirements and are clearly communicated
  • Proposal Development: Translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Sales Collateral Development: Create engaging and visually appealing sales decks or presentations tailored to clients
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on trends in computer vision and AI, identifying opportunities for new projects and market niches

Requirements

  • An educational background in Engineering or Science
  • Experience in the field of Computer Vision or AI.
  • Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong active listening skills: the ability to attentively listen to customers, ask probing questions, and clarify uncertainties to fully understand their challenges and expectations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience creating polished, visually impactful presentations and proposals
  • You can work in an independent way, while having the spirit of a team player
  • Dutch and English language very well spoken and written
  • Experience with Design and Presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop...)
  • Some previous experience with programming languages like Python or frameworks like OpenCV is a bonus
