What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to play a key role in upleveling how our customer-facing orgs leverage data to accelerate revenue growth. You will be reporting to the Sales Operations Manager but working very closely with the Customer Success and Product Specialist teams, supporting them with tasks ranging from business analytics to process optimization. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who wants to make a meaningful impact at a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with CS/PS to ensure these metrics are accurate and up-to-date:
- CS: Gross and net retention rate, and its corresponding data splits
- CS: Logo retention rate
- CS/PS: CSAT
- PS: conversion rates
- Continue to develop ways to analyse the data e.g.
- CSAT split by user, trial, biz dev
- Impact of PS in CAC, sales velocity and more.
- Business Intelligence: Find patterns in the data particularly on the key metrics for CS/PS and help to analyse the reasons behind those.
- Perform ad-hoc reports, analyses and create dashboards needed for senior management, sales and/or finance. Help derive useful insights for decision making and planning.
- Assist CS/PS with internal tools and automation, working closely with the Growth team.
- Exceptionally, assist PS/CS with certain tasks such as the setup of users.
- Training of internal tools
- At least 2-3 years in an sales or operations-oriented data analyst role (high-growth startup, tech or SaaS environments highly preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or similar
- Strong analytical skills – ability to dissect data in multiple ways and drive conclusions
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve processes, actively driving opportunities to resolution.
- Experience building dashboards and analyzing data sets to solve problems
- Comfortable in a dynamic structure with a strong desire to grow along with the company.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to structure, monitor and validate data to ensure data integrity
- Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience
- Knowledge or experience with Google Data Studio and/or any Analytics & BI Platform, i.e. Tableau, Looker, PowerBI
- Experience supporting customer-facing teams
