We are currently looking for talented salespeople who are dedicated enough to realize their careers in sales with the combination of 360-degree recruitment.

Description

  • Source     and screen sales candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews
  • Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for open sales positions
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations
  • Maintain and update candidate databases
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for recruitment needs
  • Stay current on market trends and industry developments to continuously improve recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company-wide recruitment goals

Profiles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and French, additional language is a plus
