Description:
- You will be responsible for actively promoting candidates to Fuse Engineering clients
- You will write attractive vacanciesthat meet the requirements of the clients
- In this job, you help the best profiles in Belgium to find a new position
- You analyse market trends on a regular basis and, based on this, develop a commercial business strategy
- Together with the senior consultants within FSM group, you follow a thorough in-house training that teaches you the first steps in management

- You live in the region or are flexible to live in the region of Brussels
- You are a competitive Salesperson
- You are fluent in English. French and Dutch are great assets
- You like targets, achieving incentives, working in a team and earning nice commissions
- You are communicatively strong in building relationships with both client and candidate.
