  • Supporting the store delivery & shop floor replenishment
  • Delivering exceptional recovery standards
  • working as part of a team to action, promotion stock and checking pricing
  • Supporting the Customer Support Area and Standards
  • working as part of a team to support the stores sales activities
  • Delivers customer support excellence and operational efficiencies through collaboration with sales associates team
  • Ensures the product offer in the store is made available to customers by assisting with deliveries and replenishing the sales floor.
  • Use replenishment tools effectively to ensure compliance of replenishment unit target
  • Escalates issues to more senior team members
  • Demonstrates the RL selling Culture Sales Model
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Previous expose to stock room environments would be of interest
  • Take Initiative and learn consistently
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Takes Accountability for their own Self Development
  • Required language: local language, English language a plus.
