NextLink Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst for a 12-month mission in the wonderful city of Ghent. You will work with a multicultural team of passionate experts that will support and integrate you fully as a member of the department.

Responsibilities:

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will:

  • Build and support Salesforce applications and customizations.
  • Configure and develop custom objects/apps using Salesforce.com.
  • Work with business users, business analysts, and IT project managers to understand business requirements and deliver them.
  • Work with IT colleagues to design software solutions to address these requirements within the context of the Insight systems architecture and current tool set.
  • Develop and implement high-quality software to implement the design within the agreed scope, time, and budget constraints of the project, and in accordance with the Insight standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Facilitate the testing and release of software solutions and the handover of systems to support.
  • Provide technical guidance to IT colleagues.
  • Provide second-line support to the user community.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Certified to Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) and Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
