Salesforce Marketing Cloud +-5 years
Salesforce ERP +- 5 years
Project Management +-5 years
Adobe Experience Cloud +- 3 years
Jira & Confluence +- 3 years
Tableau & Power BI +- 3 years
- General support of digital transformation process regarding on- and offline customer interaction, general communication and reporting.
- Support and plan a multichannel & multistep customer journey process in collaboration with other departments (Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, …)
- Monitoring and optimizing the Campaign KPIs & Customer Contact Roadmap
- Supporting data intelligence and analytics using demonstrable experience in the relevant software packages
- Advice and technical support on funnel management, reporting, lead management & event registrations.
- Demonstrable experience as a project manager
- Demonstrable experience with Customer Data Platforms & associated SQL and data visualization software (Tableau & Power BI)
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce
Desirable Skills/Additional Information Description: — French is beneficial but not mandatory/required
