Oliver James is partnering with a leading company in the energy sector seeking an experienced SAP HR Functional Analyst to join their team.
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Functional Analyst to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our SAP HR systems, with a focus on interfaces.
What will you do ?
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions in SAP HR and other related systems
- Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP HR and other systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP HR system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system integrity
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP HR technologies and trends
Who are you ?
- Experience as an SAP HR Functional Analyst
- Strong knowledge of SAP HR modules, including PA, OM, and Benefits
- Experience with interface development and maintenance using technologies such as SAP PI/PO, Boomi or other middleware
- Experience with SuccessFactors implementation and integration is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English, Fluent French and/or Dutch, German is a plus
